Ever wonder how the pros do it? How come they make it look so easy? Well, this is the first in a series of blogs on how to do it yourself.
Let’s start with the proper solution. When I got started in the business it was simple. And this formula still works today for keeping your windows clean in Temecula or Murrieta. Start with a simple homer bucket. Add 2 gallons of water. To that add one half ounce of any name brand dishwashing soap. Not ammonia. Ammonia can eat the tint off of windows over time. Not vinegar. It stinks. Just regular dishwashing soap and water. Mix well but KEEP THE SUDS TO A MINIMUM. Suds are your enemy when you’re ready to squeegee. I’ll explain later.
So for a quick review all you need to get started is a bucket, 2 gallons of water, and a half ounce of dishwashing soap.
